Adults were pushing and shoving kids out the way so their kids could get there first so my two ended up without! The gala evening was very good and a very nicely decorated table for us which we shared with another family the only thing was the food was cold Mainly because the food stations were semi outside but we went into the normal restaurant to get food to bring back in the marquee had a fab evening though! I must tell all you British that come will be invited to the Mexican restaurant on a Sunday for full English roast which was amazing can't wait to sample that again! I would not hesitate recommending this hotel and like I say returning very soon! More Show less Christmas Eve the whole day planned with loads of activities for the kids and Santa on a camel! Although at this point I will say I have never seen such bad behaviour by adults when Santa was trying to give out presents to kids. Also the grill £20 per person all in for drinks aswell which we will book when we return! The boat trips from the hut on the beach great value for money. The pool guy couldn't do enough for us! Food is good a little lacking in selections we didn't use a la carte but we intend to on our next visit. Pool bar we was well looked after by Bahr and Safy and all the gang.
